Activity stream
Improvements and fixes make the activity stream functionality smoother. Also the mobile version was improved and a scrolling issue was fixed.
Error handling
Errors are handled different now in Quaive to let the user not lose context when running into an 404 or other error.

- PDF generation for previews was fixed for rich documents in library
- Display and handling of deactivated users was improved
